Wait…I like kale chips??

Before you start thinking I’m one of those people who likes kale on its own let me remind you that my first love was and always will be the cupcake. I was most possibly THE LAST person who jumped on the kale chip bandwagon and now that I’m on it I can’t help but wonder what took me so long.
